The Houston Association of Realtors provides some of the best tools for the members to work with. The "Online Agent" is probably a great example of superior technology but I have to question whether or not it is used by the members. I have tried to use it on several occasions.

The following chart shows the average pricing of homes BY SQUARE FOOT in specific subdivisions within Windrose, Spring, TX. Each quarter a new, rolling six month's will be presented. Note that appraisers only go back 6 months in reviewing comparable properties.

Double Checking Credit

Today, people are becoming more aware at how important their credit ratings are. This is especially true when planning to purchase a home. Most everyone knows that when you "apply" for credit, that a credit score receives an adjustment to reflect the fact that there has been an "inquiry."
